I’ve ordered flowers many times from Bells and Whistles. I live out of state and send flowers to family in OBX and have always been happy with the arrangements. I’m super impressed with the customer service as they directly reached out to me with my concerns/questions. Fast same-day delivery. I cannot comment on the quality of the arrangement as I did not see it, but the ordering process was too-notch. No complaints. ---- Florist's Response: Hi Crystal, Thank you so much for your order! We would have been happy to have sent you a photo. If you would have let us know in the special instructions section just after you filled out how you wanted your enclosure card signed. We do typically take photos of the arrangements. Bells and Whistles made the most gorgeous arrangement for my mom for her birthday! It was delivered on time and had a lovely variety of flowers. In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Same-Day Orders Same-day orders must be placed online by 12:00 PM. We may be able to accommodate same-day orders placed after 12:00 PM depending on availability, delivery route, and order volume. Please call us directly to check availability.
Delivery Times All orders will be sent out for delivery before 5:00 PM. Please note that we are unable to guarantee an exact delivery time. The time your order arrives will depend on the delivery route, traffic, number of deliveries scheduled that day, and the order's location.
Timed Deliveries Timed deliveries are available for an additional fee. If you do not see the timed-delivery option available at checkout, please give us a call and we will be happy to check availability and assist you.

Delivery Updates If there is an unexpected issue or significant delay with your delivery, we will contact you with an update. Please do not repeatedly call, email, or text requesting an update on the status or exact arrival time of your delivery. Our delivery schedule changes throughout the day, and repeated requests can delay our ability to complete deliveries.
Business Deliveries If your order is being delivered to a business, office, hotel, venue, or other commercial location, please clearly note this in the order notes. You must also provide a backup delivery address in case the business is closed or the intended recipient is unavailable when we arrive.
If no backup address is provided and we are unable to complete the delivery, additional delivery fees may apply for a second delivery attempt.
