I’ve ordered flowers many times from Bells and Whistles. I live out of state and send flowers to family in OBX and have always been happy with the arrangements. I’m super impressed with the customer service as they directly reached out to me with my concerns/questions. Highly recommend this local florist!

I placed an online order for a Sunday delivery on a holiday weekend fully expecting to be notified that the delivery date needed to be moved to Monday but was pleasantly surprised when the flowers were not only delivered on Sunday but they were beautiful and unique as well. Impressive.

Delivered quickly and arrangement is beautiful, so happy to know of a local grower. Thank you

It was even more beautiful than the picture on the website

I highly recommend this florist - they create Art! The arrangement is not exactly as shown, but captures the same beauty, because they use unique fresh heirloom roses and other flowers.

Florist's Response:

Thank you Allan! We do love flowers especially ones different and unique!! We so appreciate your business and wish you a beautiful day! Look forward to the next time.
Dorothy

Wife said,”…my flowers are beautiful, thank you very much”. That’s a win in my book. Thank you

----
Florist's Response:

Joe, we always love making flowers for you two! Xxxx

The presentation was beautiful! The Roses and Lambs Ears greenery are gorgeous. Three extra stems of bell flowers were added and given extreme frigid temperature did not do well (wilted) but since they were additive to bouquet, no deduction from 5 star review. Highly recommend this florist!!

----
Florist's Response:

Awe! I appreciate your honesty and candor. I am sorry about those campanula. They had just come in from Holland and obviously did not fare well. I appreciate your overlooking their failure. I was hopeful. I will be sure to toss the rest.
Hope you have a great day

Gorgeous bouquet. My mother was so happy. They had to substitute with other colors but the result was really lovely. I'll be ordering again!

Such a Pleasure. I hope you all had a wonderful weekend.

A very nice selection of fall colors, just like requested. Thanks!

We've gotten burned in the past ordering flowers online, but Bells and Whistles actually delivered what they said they would. They were even able to accommodate a special request for a special friend. The recipient absolutely loved the arrangement. They called me to let me know no one was home when they delivered so I could contact them to let them know. Great service. Thanks.
