Best on the beach. Professional and kept me informed of my purchase/delivery. My friend loved her birthday bouquet. Thank you so much for your personal attention. Will definitely use this business again and recommend to my friends.

what a great experience! the best part is the designer called to discuss some changes based on availability and suggested an amazing substitution that made the arrangement even more beautiful than the photo!! It was delivered quickly and far exceeded all expectations!

We've done business with you several times and you've always produced beautiful arrangements with timely delivery. Love the convenience of viewing and ordering on-line. In less than 5 minutes we can pick out the arrangement, include a personalized note with the card and set up the day we'd like the delivery made while paying for the arrangement. Your follow up emails stating when delivery is completed are very appreciated as well. You have thought of everything. Thanks for the excellent service!

Sent Mother’s day flowers to mom in Corolla from Chicago . Dorothy couldn’t be more accommodating on such a busy weekend . Arrangement was beautifully appointed and customer service top notch . Only constructive criticism is i wish website had dimensions or more detail per floral choices OR the ability to contact storefront for special details/instructions. I would recommend and use them again based on their kindness and attention to detail . My mother is terminally ill and they couldn’t have been more kind . Thank you Dorothy ❤️
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Same-Day Orders Same-day orders must be placed online by 12:00 PM. We may be able to accommodate same-day orders placed after 12:00 PM depending on availability, delivery route, and order volume. Please call us directly to check availability.
Delivery Times All orders will be sent out for delivery before 5:00 PM. Please note that we are unable to guarantee an exact delivery time. The time your order arrives will depend on the delivery route, traffic, number of deliveries scheduled that day, and the order's location.
Timed Deliveries Timed deliveries are available for an additional fee. If you do not see the timed-delivery option available at checkout, please give us a call and we will be happy to check availability and assist you.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to safely and efficiently deliver all orders throughout the day.
Delivery Updates If there is an unexpected issue or significant delay with your delivery, we will contact you with an update. Please do not repeatedly call, email, or text requesting an update on the status or exact arrival time of your delivery. Our delivery schedule changes throughout the day, and repeated requests can delay our ability to complete deliveries.
Business Deliveries If your order is being delivered to a business, office, hotel, venue, or other commercial location, please clearly note this in the order notes. You must also provide a backup delivery address in case the business is closed or the intended recipient is unavailable when we arrive.
If no backup address is provided and we are unable to complete the delivery, additional delivery fees may apply for a second delivery attempt.
