We've gotten burned in the past ordering flowers online, but Bells and Whistles actually delivered what they said they would. They were even able to accommodate a special request for a special friend. The recipient absolutely loved the arrangement. They called me to let me know no one was home when they delivered so I could contact them to let them know. Great service. Thanks.
