The Bells and Whistles Team was accommodating with a last minute delivery change which I greatly appreciated! The flowers were an anniversary gift and the recipients reported they were absolutely beautiful, beautifully arranged and smelled wonderful. I ordered a sympathy arrangement and they delivered the same day! They personally called me to confirm the order and to let me know they had to substitute a few flowers for ones in stock, and the arrangement was more beautiful than I could have imagined!! So grateful for them!
