Bells and Whistles delivered a beautiful arrangement to my mom for Mother's Day. I send her flowers often, but have always used my USAA account to do so. This time I looked up local florists in the Kitty Hawk area and found Bells and Whistles. My mom said "it is the most beautiful, artistic arrangement she has ever seen!" She sent me a picture and it was just as I had ordered! Wonderful arrangement and delivery! Thank you so much! I will definitely use you again! Paige

It was extremely convenient to place my order on-line with quick next day delivery. They followed up with me on a slight change to my order to make sure I was satisfied. I found their service to be fast and friendly with a great product delivered in a timely manner.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Same-Day Orders Same-day orders must be placed online by 12:00 PM. We may be able to accommodate same-day orders placed after 12:00 PM depending on availability, delivery route, and order volume. Please call us directly to check availability.
Delivery Times All orders will be sent out for delivery before 5:00 PM. Please note that we are unable to guarantee an exact delivery time. The time your order arrives will depend on the delivery route, traffic, number of deliveries scheduled that day, and the order's location.
Timed Deliveries Timed deliveries are available for an additional fee. If you do not see the timed-delivery option available at checkout, please give us a call and we will be happy to check availability and assist you.

Delivery Updates If there is an unexpected issue or significant delay with your delivery, we will contact you with an update. Please do not repeatedly call, email, or text requesting an update on the status or exact arrival time of your delivery. Our delivery schedule changes throughout the day, and repeated requests can delay our ability to complete deliveries.
Business Deliveries If your order is being delivered to a business, office, hotel, venue, or other commercial location, please clearly note this in the order notes. You must also provide a backup delivery address in case the business is closed or the intended recipient is unavailable when we arrive.
If no backup address is provided and we are unable to complete the delivery, additional delivery fees may apply for a second delivery attempt.
